Sharing the message of the church through music and song.
At Covenant Presbyterian in Wendell, the choir is an active and important part of the worship experience. In addition to weekly practice and Sunday morning worship, the choir sings at community services, performs two cantatas each year, and shares music with other communities through their summer choir tour.
In April, the Covenant joined with eight other Raleigh area choirs for a performance of Pepper Choplin's Come to the Cross and Remember at Meymandi Concert Hall in Raleigh.

The Covenant Choir will be on tour Sunday, August 19. They will be leading worship at First Presbyterian Church in Washington, NC.
They return to the sanctuary on Sunday, August 26 to lead worship with their tour music.
That evening, the choir will have dinner and anyone interested in joining the choir or finding out what it means to be part of the choir is invited to join them for dinner and a preview of the Christmas cantata. Attending does not mean you are committing, simply that you are interested or curious. Please sign up on the bulletin boards in the Sanctuary or Fellowship Hall so they can plan the correct amount of food.
